Here's a couple of pages from my current sketchbook. I'm working on a small printing project, where I'm creating my own Bestiary, like the ones found in Medieval times, but a bit more fun and experimental. Anyway, to create these strange and bizarre creatures that populated the Medieval Bestiaries and also Jorge Luis Borges' Book of Legendary Creatures, I figured I should get to grips with drawing the original real life animals that were the inspiration.
